Text Effects

This section will show you how to edit the text effects for your layout e.g. bold, italic, underline etc. I own this tutorial courtesy of Plasteeq. If this tutorial has helped you, drop a line in the CBOX or if you need assistance, get in contact with me. =]

Below is the text effects coding I use, I'll explain what each code means and what it's purpose is.

b - This is the coding for Bold text. Enter the desired colour code and that's all there is to it.

i - This is the coding for Italic text. Enter the desired colour code and that's all there is to it.

u - This is the coding for Underlined text. Enter the desired colour code and that's all there is to it.

s - This is the coding for Striked text. Enter the desired colour code and that's all there is to it.

big - This is the coding for Big text. Enter the desired font name e.g. arial, verdana, times new roman etc, enter the desired font size e.g. 18px, enter the desired colour code e.g. #333333, enter the desired letter spacing amount (leave blank if you don't want any spacing in your text) and the text style I've set as normal for you.

small - This is the coding for Small text. Enter the desired font name e.g. arial, verdana, times new roman etc, enter the desired font size e.g. 10px and finally enter the desired colour code e.g. FFFFFF.

} - This is a mandatory code. Without it, the entire style sheet could go wrong. You must make sure you put one at the end of every section of coding (all codes provided for this tutorial have them done for you, therefore this is only to be used as a future reference when you go solo on your first layout)

This section of the tutorial has now been covered. You may proceed to the next stage.
